Polyphasic sleep!

Man! I'm about to embark on this crazy adventure. Get this.

-22 hour days
-6 naps every 4 hours that last 20 minutes.

My first nap is at 1am

Here's a really cool article on how to start.

  1. Wow - Why on earth would you like to do this? Bizarre. If you were studying for an exam perhaps, but not something to take up lightly ... There may be some very profound affects on your body.

    Regardless, good luck friend!

  2. Do you sleep normally right now? Or are you suffering from insomnia? Why are you attempting this?

  3. I used to try this during my month long holiday but i couldn't take it on my third week. I can say if anyone have enough willpower to press through the whole course, you can pretty much save YEARS of your life doing something more productive than sleeping. Not sure about the long term effect, but good luck!

  5. I've read about this form of sleep myself, never had the time/balls to try it out. I'm excited to see your results.

  6. I'd rather sleep normal hours, it would interrupt work life.

  7. Yeah, that's the problem with this sleep schedule, you have to find 2 weeks of dedicated staying up plus 20 minute naps to overcome the hill of tiredness.

  9. Craziness, I barely can stay up for my 14 hours. Then again, it depends how much you do and how busy you are too. Good luck with this, and don't deprive yourself too much. You brain will look like it does after a night of binge drinking.

  10. I've hear about this before. I thought about trying it but it would be so hard to break up my day like that. Good luck though! I look forward to hearing how it goes for you
